What to know
before you enroll.
30-Day Notice Requirement
If you choose to leave a TCD Care group, we ask that you provide at least 30 days notice and notify your group leader directly, or the TCD Care team if needed. This allows for healthy transitions, proper pastoral follow-up, and responsible financial planning for the ministry.
Standard Cancellation
If a participant gives 30 days notice, any payments scheduled after that 30-day period will not be charged. If payment has already been processed for time beyond the 30-day window, a prorated refund may be issued.
Immediate Withdrawal (Less Than 30 Days Notice)
Payments already processed are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of TCD leadership in cases such as:
- Medical emergencies
- Family crises
- Significant unforeseen circumstances
No-Show or Non-Participation
Failure to attend or participate does not automatically qualify for a refund. Communication with your group leader is expected.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days depending on the provider. Refunds are handled via our payment platforms (Stripe or Donorbox).
TCD Care is not a transactional service. It is a relational ministry. If something changes in your life, we encourage you to talk with your group leader. Our goal is to care well, not enforce policy rigidly. We will always seek to respond with grace, wisdom, and discernment.
